Michael Evans
Managing Director
Michael is currently a Strategic Advisor to Group928 and is an original Co-founder with Christina Stroud. Michael brings more than 25 years of recruiting experience to Group928, both in retained executive search and leading in-house recruiting functions. During the course of his career, he worked with Kensington International, IRI, Rasmussen Inc and Huron Consulting Group. Michael joined Whirlpool Corporation to lead executive recruiting for North America and focused heavily on recruiting talent into Sales, IoT, Supply Chain, Plant Operations, and Marketing. In 2017 Michael joined Westport Intl, a 35-person executive recruiting firm, as a Managing Director and shared the same start date with Christina Stroud.
Michael holds a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Wheaton College and an MBA from The University of Notre Dame. He lives with his family in suburban Chicago.
Ralph Reymon Fuentes

Ralph Fuentes is a highly versatile Executive Assistant and Operations Support Specialist at Group928, bringing over 8 years of experience in executive support, data-driven project management, and lead generation across diverse industries including legal services, marketing, and technology.
Before joining Group928, Ralph served in key virtual and executive assistant roles at several U.S.-based firms, where he streamlined workflow automation, managed executive calendars, implemented CRM systems, and supported business development teams with real-time data and reporting. He is known for his ability to integrate seamlessly with leadership teams, driving operational efficiency through his strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and proactive communication.
Ralph’s global experience spans business support roles in the Philippines and the United States, enabling him to bring a multicultural, adaptable approach to collaboration. He is deeply committed to improving internal systems, supporting recruitment pipelines, and helping leadership focus on strategic growth by handling day-to-day execution.
Ralph holds a degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from the Technological University of the Philippines and has earned certifications in project management, research methodology, and data systems. He lives with his family in the Philippines and is driven by a passion for excellence, continuous learning, and long-term impact.
